Boucheron Jaipur vs Boucheron Homme

I think this is first-class fragrances.. Both of them! But i like Jaipur best. It`s smooth, soft, warm and delicious.
When i smell Boucheron pour homme, i can see a person in my mind....: A elegant man between 55 and 75, with dark/grey hair, suit and tie, a briefcase under his arm, dark suntan, Rolex on his arm, and driving a Merzedes Bentz... I like Boucheron PH much, but I am 34, light skin, blond, and when i`m looking in the mirror, i dont find a match between me and this scent... But when i use Jaipur, it`s something different! This one suites me much better! A soft hearted scent, that is much more wearable to me when i look at the mirror..
-So the winner of these two, will be (in my opinion) Jaipur!

I think after about 20 years i will be ready for B-P-H...

It's lemon vs vanilla basicly.
I also love Jaipur PH and it will always be in my collection. Women tend to comment on Jaipur much in my experience. If you happen to be into them; a good thing!

22 years old. Worn boucheron PH as a signature scent during my physical therapy internship. It's young but i do come of as extremely masculine (usually wearing a suit, without a tie in this business), being very muscular and pretty intellectual. When i smell this now, i'm remembered of this period of a few months ago.

It's the maturity of the wearer. You can be 80 years old and an alcoholic, or 14 years old and being David Hume entering college or 18 years old and being Alexander the Great and leading a cavalry charge. Not that i support war, but it does show leadership and more maturity than a welfare 60 year old.

I've never tried Jaipur, but I intend to. I love Boucheron. I just got home from work and it was my SotD, coincidentally. I can still smell it after all these hours. It's certainly a 'mature' scent, but surely anyone can wear it, depending on the occasion. It's not the kind of scent I'd wear to the movies, for example. But I wouldn't find it at all odd if I detected it on any of my younger colleagues at work. On the contrary, my estimation of them would rise several notches! I think it's all about the occasion, not your age.

i tried to like Boucheron PH....but it just smells toooooo mature and old-ish to me....a little too powdery for my tastes.

Jaipur is magical and unique. Boucheron is classic and well made but there are many similar frags. I own both but wear Jaipur more often.

Jaipur is a magnificent fragrance that is in my top five use rotation. I keep, in additon to the bottle in use, at least, two 3.4oz eau de parfums, two 3.4oz. EDT's, one 3.4oz Eau Fraiche ( a little spicier version) vs. one 3.4oz Boucheron Homme so you can see my preferance but, comparing them is like comparing vanilla to citurs, it's a matter of personal preferance. They are both quality fragrances but different in character so, use them as they enhance your lifestyle. I have been told that Jaipur Saphir is now discontinued, which is a shame.

I have never tried the E-D-P version, but i love the E-D-T version! I can see myself wearing Jaipur with a black suit, shirt and tie! (but i use it to work as well, with a fine white shirt..)

For all of you Jaipur fanatics out there, I took this picture a couple of weeks ago. Some eye-candy for us!

I like them both but Boucheron pour Homme has my preference. Long lasting, beautiful evolution, classy and terribly sexy to my nose.

Lol whats the deal with u always bringing "class" into the picture when u talk about frags.. By that i mean that u always describe what clothes on a dude u picture.. I find that total irrelevant for the sake of a frag is good or not.
