Nice smelling chemicals ;) = Aromachemicals: more info needed please

I've just began my journey in the synthetic perfume making world and although I love chemistry I lack the knowledge on synthetic substances that smell nice

Can anyone point me to a 'beginners' website or book on the nice smelling chemicals?

There is LOTS of information in the group, and the members are a very nice and helpful bunch! It will save you from wasting a lot of time searching for information on the web.

I am just getting started in this myself, and one important aspect is how much aromachemical to use. Too much is not good, and too little and you can't smell it.
