1. Black Aoud Definitely, just wafts all over the place
2. LDDM: 1 Spray and I'm good
3. Guerlain SDV, although I do not particularly like the rum note, it projects very nicely.

My top three for something that's niche and has good sillage and is a favorite of mine:

Michael Storer - Winter Star ( best sillage and longevity of anything I've tried - and smells nice, too! )
Ava Luxe - Midnight Violet ( the opposite of a shy violet fragrance )
Parfum d'Empire - Cuir Ottoman ( Cuir d'Iris and Knize Ten are stronger leathers, but this is my current favorite. )

Being fickle, my favorites could change tomorrow.

When it comes to sillage, out of my extensive wardrobe, Paco 1 Million has the most output. As for longevity, it's between Sables, Joop, AMen, Opium EDP, Prada Amber, Jaipur EDP and many more. All of these last between 20-36hours.

Have you ever try Ambre Sultan?

Black Aoud
Tuscan Leather
A-men

I have been told by my wife that she can really smell Aventus even after I have left the room for quiet a while. I cannot verify for my nose goes dead to it after a few hours, but have been told how great I smell 8-10hrs after application when I no longer detect it.

YSL may not be considered niche but the nose behind this one is...
