Mate....Le 3e homme / 3rd man is in the same league as Tiffany for men & Chanel pour monsieur

Since you already like Chanel pour monsieur, chances are you would like Caron 3rd man as well.

Sorry can't think of anything that would give you an idea about KL homme

Caron's The Third Man is well worth a blind buy and the of second fragrance I have no opinion.

KL Homme is compared to Creed BdP
Is it a sweet woody/smoky scent ?

I have KL Homme by Lagerfeld. I tried it a few times. The only thing I can say against it is that is has an 80s "synthetic" quality that I don't like, but it's mostly for the first half hour or so. It is rich, ambery, powdery. I guess I prefer Carven Homme to it, so I haven't been featuring it in my rotation. It's definitely a step up from something like Jovan Sex Appeal for Men (which isn't horrible, but again has that synthetic thing going on). It's discontinued, though, so if you can get it cheap it might go up in value in a year or so, and it should be easy to swap too. But I wouldn't pay a lot for it on a blind buy - sample first.

No resemblance and not a good Blind buy. Beyond that I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about KL and it would still be a blind buy.
