My first thought (and I guess I second/third this) is Chanel No. 5 Eau Premiere. She may appreciate it as her second Chanel, and it's very wearable and youthful. If you buy it somewhere like Sephora or Nordstrom's and she really doesn't like it, it's easy to return and exchange too. If the Prada she wears is the
original, then the newer Prada, Infusion d'Iris is a great one to try. Also, if she likes the original Prada (heavy amber) she may enjoy Estee Lauder's Private Collection Amber Ylang Ylang. It's a comforting scent that an 18 year old could wear, I just worry that it may seem a little too grown up by the bottle and name.
Or that could work in your favor: It's a great fragrance that may actually set her apart from her peers. I doubt other ladies her age are aware of it enough to dip into it, and it is youthful and sophisticated. Your sister sounds like she has very sophisticated tastes.
