HELP: Problem with MPeG bottle!!

Thursday I bought Iris Bleu Gris 100ml new bottle, and when I arrived at home, bottle looked perfect but the spray doesnt sprayed, only a very low hint of perfume, but not like a "normal" spray... I think the plastic tube of inside the bottle seems too large or too straight and it is touching the bottom of the bottle, so the spray cant "take" the perfume to the tube for a good spraying.

Its very difficult to explain that (I speak only a bit english), but I hope you understand me.

So, I suppose I can return the bottle to the shop and change it for another in good conditions, but that shop is not in my city, so I have to travel all day long and spend some money in the bus tickets for this question, thing I hate only thinking about it!!

There is some way to arrange this problem by myself? I say, I dont know, maybe try to open the bottle and put correctly the spray tube or... I dont know

Go back to the store and ask the to replace the botlle!!!
that is not a problem at all.... after all you pay to be abble to use the spray

They suck I posted about this before. Send it back, or take it back. I e-mailed MPG, and told them of this problem. I had one that sprayed when it felt like it, one that shot a stream. and one I sent back to the e-tailer, because it didn't work at all. Makes me wonder about the direction of this house. which is one of my favorites.

I would call the store, advise them of the problem and ask for their advice in resolving it. Perhaps it would be less expensive and less aggravating to mail it back to them in exchange for them sending you a pre-tested one. Some companies will even pay your shipping costs.

I also had a similar problem with one of my MpG bottles. The new bottle design. The spray just sort of spurts out with about a third the volume that all the other MpG sprays do. The problem was not so bad as to return it, but is an agravation every time I use it. Unfortunately happens to be on my favorite fragrance from MpG - Eau de Iles. But, I use it anyway!

I would think most companies would use screw on spray tops so they can be replaced easily if a problem occurs. Problems with the sealed spray tops do seem to happen from time to time.

The spray on my Grain de Plaisir bottle sucks. The top piece you push down is all crooked and the mechanism is bent inside or something, and half the time it shoots out in a stream. Ugh. I just decant some into an atomizer and then use that instead.
