Guys...What perfume that women wear drives you crazy???

I was walking in the mall nearest me when out of the blue I walked past a store boutique for women called Gilly Hicks. I was blown away!!! Wafting out of the store and into the mall in front was a womens fragrance (scent)...that I swear to you guys... hit me like a ton of bricks. Automatically to the senses. Irresistable.

Double backed 2 times to make sure it was eminating from THAT store, asked the chicks who were outside employees, "WHAT ON EARTH is that fragrance!!!!"

Smiled and told me : La Parouse by Gilly Hicks.

Fella's...no joke...this DRYDOWN is awesome. Never get like that too much with a womens perfume. This ones no joke.

What perfume do you think is just "Off the hook" irresistable and why?

Burberry Weekend for Women.

My ex wore it when we first met. It has been stuck in my head ever since.

There are a some that I like a lot like Hypnotic poison and Angel.
I find Burberry Brit quite nice it drove me crazy at first, later not anymore.
Hypnose is quite stunning too.
There is one fragrance for women I know drives me crazy, I just don't remember it's name

Shalimar, of course. I also like JPG - Classique, Burberry Brit, Lovely, and 212 Women.

Chanel Allure, No. 19, and Euphoria. Not too familiar with women's scents but I know I love those.

My old passions were Dior Addict and Gucci by Gucci EDP, but I'm starting to get turned on by L'Instant de Guerlain.

For me, bold women's scents are a calculated risk that gets my attention. They make me look. After that, the rest is up to the lady. Her dress, manner, and look can at that point impress me - hopefully in the way that she desires.

For me, spicy and gourmand scents seem to get the greatest physiological response. Sort of makes sense.

I would really love it if I could talk my wife into Black Orchid, but she thinks it's too feminine for her. (???) But she does like Flowerbomb, and so do I, so that's a potential gift.

I'll definitely have to try that one Squire. For me, there was one time where I was shopping and I just got wafts of this just irresistible scent. Took me a while to find the woman who was wearing it, and I made a bit of small conversation, and then asked, "What kind of perfume are you wearing, by the way?" Definitely was randomly asked by myself, but I don't care as long as I got the name...which was Ralph Blue. Something about that woody drydown that is just awesome on women.

The only other time was when I was shopping at Macy's, and similarly, I got wafts of this awesome scent, and it took me a while to figure out from whom it was coming from. Long story short, it was from a not so attractive, older lady who worked there, and I also just randomly asked what perfume she was wearing, after asking for some help...It was Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue. There have certainly been times where I didn't get the name of a perfume that I liked because I was too shy to ask, but since then I will pretty much just act like an idiot, and as long as I ultimately get a perfume name, I don't care.

Parfumerie Generale Musc Maori. Extremely irresistable, to me atleast. I also like Memoire Liquide No. 318 on the ladies.

Of all the things, Calvin Klein Euphoria. For some reason the patchouli drives me nuts!
In my case, it's still unidentified. All I know is that it's a wonderful tuberose fragrance that isn't any one I've tried so far. It was a crowded bus so I didn't ask her - I wish I had now.

Of course, me being me, I want it for myself!

All the girlfriends I had as a teenager wore the same perfume. It is just freakin awesome! Its main note is white musk and it is marvelous. In the last 4 years or so, I have smelled it every now and then, but when I ask for the name, women just keep BSing me. They always tell me they buy more expensive perfumes than what they actually wear. They have mentioned Halloween, Paris Hilton, Dolce and Gabanna, armani code for women, Perri Ellis white, etc....
The fragrance in question cannot cost more than 30 usd retail and it has to be from the 90s. Iroaz by lostmarch and perfect veil by... someone, have drydowns that are "cute" versions of the raw and sensual smell; smell which makes me go into full werewolf mode. BTW, this is a scent I have only smelled in México.

Other than that one... I guess it depends on my mood (Oh god, I am starting to sound like a woman!) but sometimes I get whiffs of rose poivree which smell like a naked woman. A sexually aroused, naked woman.

Oh yes, YES!

For me it has always been the woman that wears the perfume that makes me crazy.
It is because of that when I catch a whiff of Shalimar or Mitsouko it reminds me of a specific woman and time and place.
There are a number of perfumes which do this for me, but I imagine they only work for me.

Nothing drives me "crazy" really, but to me smelling Miss Dior Cherie on a girl is one of the most pleasant things in life. Lucky for me because I believe it's getting popular here. I smelled it yesterday on a girl walking in front of an ice cream place, and I couldn't stop smiling. Great feeling.

Awesome replies!!!!!!!! From all over the world!

leor_77 had a simliar experience as well. No doubt, now when I smell a perfume that drives me nuts I'll try and find a way to small talk and ask what it is she is wearing.

Some of you hit it right on the head....Specific woman=specific fragrance. An old girlfriend or ex wife...what they wore and if you smell it again it evokes certain moods, good or bad. So cool.

I had a thing for Ver Wang Princess but now its...ehhhhh, so so. the Ex used to wear it.

Now its La Parouse. A bit floral when it first goes on then it dries so damn ridicluous, it will hit your senses; I know it does for me.

Its part the way a woman carries herself and part perfume.

Insightful responses,,, keep em coming.
I doubt many wear it anymore but I still turn my head when I catch a whiff of Bob Mackie for Women. There is some sort of vanilla or something that is beautifully done and it pretty much defines sillage to me because you will catch just glimpses here and there. I had an ex that wore it but I always noticed it when walking the downtown streets.

Lanvin Rumeur

i know it gets mixed reviews here on the women's section, but i think it smells brilliant! and i really think it suits my wife very well!

Penhaligons Ellenesia, Lily of the Valley, and Bluebell.

It's a shame I will most likely have to introduce these scents to my next girlfriend. ...but if I were to meet a girl wearing any of these, it would be on like donkey kong.

i never see it in sephoras or macys.....online it is sold everywhere at good price....i would get it from fragrancenet or beautyencounter(since i ordered this perfume from both of them before with good results).....i wouldnt know where to score samples of it.

by far the safest blind buy(male or female perfume)....i havent met a soul yet who even mildly disliked this one.....its a floral musk with slight citrus undertones.......you hate musk, floral notes or citrus? i guarantee you will still like this one alot. Delicate, Enticing and lasts forever.

in my life i have purchased about 8-9 bottles of it.....everyone of them i either used up or had someone literally begged me to give it to them(my mom, sister, girlfriend)....as easy to wear for a male as female......related to burberry summer but much stronger and muskier and to D&G light blue(female version) except without the overwhelming citrus kick.

Yeah, well I'm an old guy and if I smell it in a crowd, I have to figure out who's wearing it.

Girls drive me crazy when they wear 1) Neiges
2) Fresh Musk fragrance
3) Narciso
Of the scents my g/f has I really like Lucky You for her on her.

The one scent that always gets to me though is Hypnose EDP. Unfortunately an ex wore it so I really don't want to smell it on my current g/f because of the associations.
