I got it for almost free in a local antique shop. Blind buy, of course.
My very first impression was like I opened my grandmother's wardrobe, full of old clothes and makeup. So it scared me a lot.
Probably she didn't had Bandit, but something reminiscent of it (like Cabochard).
Many hours later, I decided to give it a try on my skin.
It's really a humid scent on me, that's how I can describe its greeness (galbanum plus bergamot, they say), which reminds me a lot of Jules (green and leathery as well, and disturbingly fecal), but with a strange flowery element in the middle of this crazy music. Also makes me think of Cabochard and Aramis, certainly.
Very smooth, and powdery. The EDT is supposed to be much more aggressive, based on the reviews. Well, I couldn't consider this as really aggressive, except for the fecal thing, which, as I said, disturbs me.
The leather in itself is not dominant here, but plays relevant notes in this sometimes dissonant ensemble. Makes me thing on Jules again, in which the leather also seems to use the green moist to hide itself.
The animalic aspect I could describe as sweaty, but not as pleasant as I expected to be. I suppose that's the intentional message.
I can't say it isn't a pleasant and enlightining experience, but unfortunately it still smells like my grandmother's wardrobe a bit too much to my tumbler nose.
