Less than a month ago, I ordered another batch of atomizers and vials from Sally and Ted. Lo and behold, when I went to pay via paypal, it was refused. To make a long story short, my 3 different paypal accounts were in "limbo" due to some jackass trying to hack into them.

It was a good sized order and these folks sent me an email saying they are shipping them anyway without my having paid and when I get it, to send them a check.

People, it doesn't get nicer than this. I want to give them props for being good sellers and just plain good to go. I have purchased from them numerous times and because of this, I will only buy from them from now on.

Wow! Thats really amazing!

I made my first order about a week or so ago and when it arrived (about 5 days US to UK), it was perfectly packaged, with a signed (in ink) letter of thanks and a load of freebies

ONLY place I will buy from now- what damn brilliant people. Bless them!

Their great customer service is almost too goo to be true. Here in Miami, CS is horrible. When I encounter it, it feels out of sorts, since I usually expect to be treated badly. I buy all my accessories from them also - plus I think the prices are very competitive.

Nothing but positive words for Sally. Very responsive, always appreciative with handwritten notes, extra supplies often included. Can't say enough.
