I'm quite new here, but I'm enjoying the conversation already. Glad to having you guys...

This thread is dedicated to identify fragrances by its picture. Sometime we get difficulties to identify old/faded fragrance.

For example: these two frags are coming from my grandmother wardrobe. They both have no identity (or it might be faded overtime).

>> This is 50ml asymetrical square bottle with no printed identity on it.

>> This is Lily shaped bottle with faded words: ...bsolu. Hard to read the rest.

anyone familiar with them?

The first bottle is V'E Versace for Women by Versace. Released in 1989 and now discontinued. So, not realy that old. It can still be bought online.

Sorry, I don't recognise the second bottle but I am sure someone else will.

Thanks Riannon . So it is V'E Versace. Love to find it out. I already solved the second bottle. It's Arôme Absolu (EDP) by Jeanne Arthès. It not in Bn directory yet.

So, the mystery solved!.. LOVE

Glad I could help, gandrasta I kept my empty V'E Versace (the splash version) for the beautiful lines of the bottle. I love it when a fragrance is as appealing as the bottle.

And....welcome to Basenotes!

Grazie, Mags.....I could have known that you would identify this one as well
