19 year old looking for fragrence

Thread Starter
Hey, I'm in college and looking for a great smelling cologne. Right now the only cologne I have is Versace dreamer and I do like it, except I'd like something else to mix it up now and then. My roomate has clinique happy and I do like the smell of that, but would like something different. I really don't like the smell of Drakkar Noir very much if that helps, I think that qualifies as more of a woody sent so something not similar to that please. My price range is about $50, I can go a little over, but I'd rather stay around that. Thanks.

Go shopping. Take a girl. I guarantee that you will find something that both you and she enjoy, and through said agreement via mutual likes, you shall come to the epicenter of true fragrance wearing; communal pleasure. Pleasing others while being able to please yourself. And I'm not talking about sex, naughty Basenoters.

Not liking Drakar Noir shows you are off to a good start! You have already shown good nasal ability. Taking a female friend is a great idea! I know there have been a slew of suggestions on previous threads. Search for 'wardrobe essentials', 'must try' or if you know you like vetiver, check out the directory or search the threads for discussions on the note.

My 19-year-old brother likes He Wood -- a fairly simple wood scent, wearable and young. Doesn't smell like you're trying too hard. Pretty affordable at Sephora, so the smaller bottle should be in your price range.

A personal recommendation from myself would be the lovely Versace Pour Homme. It's very versatile, why don't you try it and evaluate the drydown next time you are out?

Try Azzaro Visit.

A fantastic woody scent that is widely enjoyed and quite versatile.
