I know you might be sick of poll threads by now but this isn't asking if it's better than something else, or if it's a masterpiece.

I just get the feeling that opinions are split on this matter. I want to know which temperature you prefer to wear this in, and why.

I've heard everything from how it's the perfect fall scent, to how refreshing it is on a hot day, and then back to how it's the perfect christmas scent.

Basenotes.. deciding time, Hajime!

I only wear citrus in warm weather, so L'Anarchiste is a summer-only friend for me.

I think it works year round. The citrus notes are grounded by the camphor and cedar accord to make it season-less.
Perhaps you should have included a year round option to your poll.

all year round , L Anarchiste is like having the flu, you get cold, hot, fever, up, downs, all in one. Did I say I love it ? :-)

Yup, year round. It's one of those scents that really displays different facets in different weather (TdH is good for that, too, but I still don't like it )

I should add though that my favorite time to wear this is in the fall. Come fall, especially during the few weeks when the leaves have changed color but haven't all fallen yet, I really only reach for this, Davidoff's Adventure (which is slightly similar in character.. fruit and citrus over cedar, with sesame seeds and pimento which adds a kind of deep and unsweetened cinnamon note), and MPG's Secret Melange (cloooooves and orange over dried rose petals and moss).

I'm rather new to L' Anarchiste, but at this point in time I feel it is a year round wonder. New Orleans is not subject to really cold weather but is subject to heat and humidity. If Rochas Lui works as a year rounder here then so should L' Anarchiste IMO.
