Don't make my mistake...

Not that you would. But a couple of years ago, I bought a deodorant stick of a cologne I liked instead of buying the cologne itself. That in and of itself is fine. But I applied the deodorant to my neck and chest for a little while. And after a short amount of time, my neck and chest were all dried up.

I never like to use deodorant stick.

But have you tried body mist? I think that's a better alternative. I was trying one Hermes's dry body mist, 24 Faubourg, yesterday and it smells just wonderful. I'm seriously looking for other complementary body mist to layer my original scent with.

That's kind of surprising. Deodorant sticks are usually pretty sticky on me.

Was it perhaps an antiperspirant stick? I'd expect it to dry the skin up.

The only matching stick deodorant I ever had was Zanzibar by Van Cleef & Arpels. The edt is really bice but weak.My mistake was that the deo's smell was very different compared to the EDT...

I've used three different deodorant sticks for their matching fragrances (simply because they came in the giftsets): Deseo, Voyage and Calvin Klein Man. None of these I've had a problem with.

I'll have to try that. Thanks!

I bought several 4711 deodorant sticks for my husband at Big Lots and wish I'd bought more! We both loved them on him.
