Guerlain Homme in the heat?

How does Guerlain Homme fair in warm summer temps? I'm rather enraptured with it at the moment (I loooove mint, and the mint here is excellent!) but it's only my first sampling.

I'm just curious how this one fares in the heat. If it holds up well and doesn't get cloying it might dethrone Hugo XY as my summer mint.

I find it deals especially well with heat, only I can only say so for humid heat. I wore it the other day when it was super hot and humid and it actually got better with the weather. Great stuff for the summer.

I like it in the heat, too. But if you're sensitive to the green notes (I am), and you use too much in the heat, it can get cloying - almost shocking. The green just drowns out everything. But I find that a very light, misty application keeps it totally in line during hotter weather. I found it almost never cloying in the winter - I was going hog wild with the stuff and my wife was just complimenting me all over the place.

I was almost hoping you guys would say it's terrible in the heat as I have no fragrance budget right now! But.. grr. I want it!

I guess I could justify it if I stop buying energy drinks for a couple weeks. Buying Guerlain Homme would be money better spent, and I'd be healthier, too.

It works well in the heat. I love it all year round, but prefer it in the cooler months. It's my SotD, approaching winter here and it's perfect!

To me it's a 'cooler' version of L'Instant

I'm going to test this one tomorrow. (shop has 25% discount of 75 ml + bottles).. I love mint aswell, looks like a really fresh green scent!

Thanks again guys. I may be picking up a bottle of this soon, although there are some more things I want to test before I do so as I'll likely only be picking up one new bottle this summer.

I think it would work fine in warm temperatures.
