New Aqua Allegorias- Same Fume, Different Color?

I got to try the 2009 Aqua Allegorias by Guerlain today, and got a little decant of Tiare Mimosa. The Tiare Mimosa is clear, the Cherry Blossom is very pink. 3 ladies and I tested them, and we simply could not tell the difference, except for the color. It was sort of humorous, actually, as we were all given decants but couldn't tell them apart!
Both smell almost identical to Guerlain's original Cherry Blossom, which is actually a lemony cologne. Refreshing, citrusy, lasts about 10 minutes. That's all, folks!

Hunh...interesting. I still haven't made it down to Sephora yet to test those two. Hopefully I'll get to before they're discontinued.

They smelled different to me, but I didn't like them, alas.

I got a sample of Tiare Mimosa from Sephora and wore it yesterday. The opening blast of citrus is nice, but there's something about mimosa that smells kind of stagnant to me. It's also fruity-sweet, and eventually freshens up into something almost powdery. This AA was very long-lasting, however. I could actually pick up on a little bit of it this morning.

Cherry Blossom I tried a few weeks ago. My thoughts were: "I really had a hard time getting much from this. It begins mostly astringent, then fades into something, I dunno, just vague. 'There's no there, there.' is all I have in the end." I agree that it is very short-lived.

I tried them both last week. I did not like the Mimosa. The Cherry one reminded me of a previous Guerlain Cherry perfume, except that this one is gone in 5 minutes. Oh well. I used to look forward to the AAs, but I have been disappointed in the last couple of years.
