Hello,I don't use cologne daily, but I was wondering if I used it daily how long would a normal 3.4 ounce bottle of cologne last a person?
Thanks,

There have been a number of threads that discussed this question. If you search for them, you will find many answers different than mine.

Depending upon the fragrance, it takes me about 22 - 28 sprays to fill a 2ml atomizer. If I assume 25 sprays equals 2ml then 100ml equals 1,250 sprays. If I use four sprays per day, a 100ml bottle should last about 312 days.

Or, if you use one spray per day, that bottle should last you four years.

With that line of reasoning, I won't run out of Azzaro Pour Homme until, roughly, 2032.

I'd say it would last you a bit over a year, especially since you don't intend to use it daily. I'm getting this because it took me about 6-8 months of regular use to use up my last 50ml.

100 ml = 1 year sounds about right!

Also depends upon the strength of the cologne used. They vary widely as many colognes/perfums only require 1 spray whereas others require 4.

What about the ones that require 8 sprays like Pi and M7?

I believe for the 1255ml Leo Dee Issey, it should last you from 1994 till now

You said it! That has got to be one of the most intense vanilla frags I have ever smelled. Truly horrible stuff, lol.

a year or two, depends on how many times you spray for one wear

100ml of Angel used to last me about a year, but since I can't smell it any more (I think it battered my olfactory senses into submission!) this bottle's been half way down for months while I explore other smells.

I wouldn't recommend wearing the same fragrance every day unless you fancy being unable to smell your favourite smell, like me.

For me, around half a year. Every day around 6-8 sprays throughout the day. Depending on the strength of the perfume I wouldn´t need to re apply and it would last longer with less sprays.

If you are considering a purchase, think how often you need to spray to smell it all day and use that as a baseline. It´s about 12-14 sprays to the ml, so you can do the math yourself to see how long this particular bottle would last.

Ay, wrong!

It's 3.141593!

Don't be surprised your bottle is empty before you thought it would be.

Your post says "cologne". Cologne being weaker than EdT or EdP, may require applying more spritzes. Figure out how many spritzes you need for a usual application.

My husband's bottles generally put out 8-10 spritzes per ml; one or two are more generous in their output-- 6 spritzes per ml. My bottles of EdT put out 10 per ml.

Well, you know, Cologne is the general American term for men's perfume.

If it were Eau de Cologne, that would have been different.

At least a few months, maybe close to year, in a lucky case.
