Welcome back Wordie, eau d'farts and all!
post #62 of 81
Welcome back Wordie, nice that you are releasing your own Green-House gases Keep up the healing spirit. So nice to hear about Small and her bike, she is such a cutie.

Happy Birthday Tao, VM, and KiatBKK, here is the cake for Tao;

And a lovely cake for the other celebrants;

Oh, VM...my little friend Civetta wanted to stop by and wish you happy birthday, and applaud you for helping discourage peoples poking at her bum.

My scent today is;

Love and hugs to all.

ROTFL. Poor kitty bum. Civetta looks nothing like her Indonesian sister with whom I gifted VM. Indonesian civet cats are apparently famous for pooping out coffee beans. Yum.

SotD: Un Jardin en Mediterranée, in honor of Taolady (fig) and VM (no civet).

That was a shudder-inducing encounter for me, BlackCat, but interesting all the same to stare my nemesis in the beady eye.

And thanks for your thoughtfully chosen SOTD to suit both Taolady and me - much appreciated, even at this distance!

Let's see who else pops up from the board with a late May birthday - we are a growing posse, it seems...

Have now just clocked Civetta, courtesy of Brielle87. She does indeed look quite different from her sluggish relation, but equally terrifying. You guys sure know how to give a girl nightmares! As Rogalal (my poo pooh-poohing twin) and I were discussing, pooped out coffee beans is exactly what I get with one coffee scent I tried recently.

Great to hear you are on the mend, Wordbird. Are these gaseous emissions of yours anything like Jicky?

Happy Birthday to all, with extra good tidings to my scent-sister VM.

Here's a cute baby civet for you:

How could anyone look at anything that darling and want to kill it for its musk glands??? VM is on to something:

Save the civets! (so we don't have to smell them...)

Anyway, my SOTD was the delightfully civet-free L'Eau Par Kerzo Pour Homme by Kenzo, my second wearing to determine bottle-worthiness.

I really enjoy this one - it's my favorite after testing quite a few soda scents. L'Eau smells kind of like Martinelli's sparkling apple cider, but with pear instead of apple. Later, it morphs into those sweet salty ume plum candies. My main reservation is that it's soooooo short-lived, but over-application seems to have fixed that.

Happy birthday, ladies! Don't party too hard!

I'm not wearing anything today...allergies are too bad to even try. Boo.

ROTFLOL!!! Now I may never be brave enough to open that sample of Jicky...

Love the civet cats, and BlackCat's nesting yin-yang cats. And Wordbird, it's great that you're back so soon, feeling good enough to post!

Today I am wearing Love by Kilian. I put several samples into a sprayer. I did not realize how big the spray is. I felt I was stinking up the office. Very self-conscious, but it is lovely
