Erwin Creed to visit US this week


Erwin Creed, 28, seventh generation of the Creed fragrance house, will visit the U.S. from Paris this week to meet with his US team and inform them that a percentage of October sales in the US and Canada of new women's fragrance Acqua Fiorentina are to be donated to the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund

zz - are you taking questions? If it's not too late, I'd like to suggest an open-ended question on the decision to pull the 5 classics out of general distribution. If Erwin is willing to shed some more light on that decision, it would be welcome. I'm curious if the new business model of direct orders from Paris is up and running.

Obviously, any tidbits about this year's new releases are of interest. And I'm always interested in hearing his thoughts on perfumery in general. Trends, directions, art - all those good things. Really looking forward to your report.

I talked to him on the 3rd but had only 30 mins and wasn't able to squeeze in all what I wanted to discuss with him (mostly the history related questions). I posted my notes in the Creed group by the_good_life.
