From Now Smell This of September 2008:

Rose Praline was developed by perfumer François Robert. The fragrance notes for the gourmand floral include cardamom, bergamot, rose, geranium, chocolate, lapsang souchong tea, amber, sandalwood, cacao and white musk.

Les Parfums de Rosine Rose Praline is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum. (quote via les-parfums-de-rosine, found via aufeminin)

Other recent launches from Rosine: Zephir de Rose, Rose d'Ete Eau Fraiche.
