We’re about to have roast turkey legs. I prefer thighs, but they only had legs at the grocery store. Yum, yum, I love turkey, particularly the dark meat.

Yesterday evening, I improvised some pasta: after the pasta was normally boiled, I improvised a sauce from spring onions, tomato paste, spices and herbs, yogurt, extravirgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and feta cheese - unexpectedly savory

Nothing at the moment but I'm going to make a salad for dinner soon, sardines and mixed baby greens. That’s all there is, except for frozen veggie burgers. I didn’t go food shopping today. I just couldn’t. Sometimes I get really tired of it.
