Last night I went to Chapeau French Bistro in San Francisco! It was a meal to remember for sure.

Trio of Salmon-
Gravlax, Tartar, and Caviar. Garnished with herbs and lemon dressing, circled by dried capers and egg.
Served atop a bed of Pommes de Terre Landaise and topped with King Trumpet & Oyster Mushrooms with a Périgourdine Sauce
French Toast, Caramel, and Hazelnut Ice Cream (Greatest dessert that I have ever had in my life, and thats saying alot considering the fact that I'm a huge foody!)
