Now, tasting my banana bread.
Earlier, flounder fillets dredged in panko bread crumbs and pan fried with garlic, smoked paprika and ginger in a mixture of toasted sesame oil and walnut oil, then topped with more panko crumbs pan fried in the same pan with a little virgin coconut oil. It was an experiment, and my family gobbled it up, so I think I'll repeat it.
