Homemade bean salad:
lightly steamed green beans and organic carrots cut into short sticks; lots of garlic and sliced red onion; diced red bell peppers; an assortment of (canned) beans and chick peas, a mixture of cider vinegar and wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
Im haveing an Orange Lucozade ATM. Ive noticed here that people are very healthy eaters, either thaor they are too embarassed to post the fact they are having Big Macs.
I generally live a healthy lifestyle. For the majority of my meals in a week, it'll be healthy and/or low fat. But two or three meals a week I will eat what I please. I don't eat fastfood. I gave it up 12 years ago.
