I cooked an yummy dinner. 1 pound ground beef cooked, browned and fat drained. Add 1 hot pepper chopped, half a teaspoon tumric, salt, 1 can stewed tomatoes with the juice and simmer 5 minutes. Add in 1 can kidney beans (drained) and 1 can pork and beans, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. MMMmmmm. Delicious. Serve with a big spoon of sour cream. Total cooking time is less than 20 minutes. A quick and tastey dinner with pleanty of leftovers that are better the next day.
