Given that it's blimmin' cold here and that my OH will have trudged across a park in the dark and cold for 20 minutes to get onto his tram to get home from work when he arrives here in an hour or so, I've put a nice stew on to cook to be ready for his return.

So tonight's dinner will be beef stew and dumplings, with loads of lovely slow energy releasing pulses

Lunch was horrible. Had to compromise and eat an arabian dish similar to Saltenãs called esfiha. It was the brazilian version of it, so it was not good. Ate it together with mango juice, which was very refreshing.
