Need a suggestions please

So my mom asks me yesterday to pick her out a nice perfume...

In the past I have bought and she liked

D&G Light Blue
Halloween
Versace Blue Jeans
Giorgio

I was thinking about maybe getting Bond No 9 Chinatown for her...but would really be open to suggestions.

Forgot to add my Mom is 49..if that matters

My mom absolutely adores Sicily by D&G. I think it is very nice for the summer.

Speaking of D&G, what about l'Eau de The One? Also, Dior J'Adore L'Eau might please her as well. Pick up some samples first maybe?

Since you have access to Bond, why not get her a sample pack of bon-bons? I always think a gift of many samples is so much more fun than a single bottle of juice.

I was thinking about that...but since i can get Bond on ebay much cheaper than at the store..i wanted to maybe go that route. I did mention to her we might go sniffing at Bond and go from there..

I think im going to go out on a limb and just get Chinatown for her. I have a sample and keep thinking it would suit her just fine

Chinatown is a great scent, and what a gorgeous bottle! If you been successful at choosing for her in the past, I'm pretty sure she'll love Chinatown too. Let us know, ok?

Trust your gut! Chinatown is a great scent. She won't smell it on everyone else, it has a great bottle, and it is different from the other ones you have gotten her yet will compliment her collection.
I hope my boys are as nice to me!

She just told me...NO GERANIUM...LILAC...ROSE scents. I noticed a bit of Geranium in Chinatown..or is that just me..

I don't get geranium. I do smell peach blossoms and a warm creaminess that I associate with tuberose being blended in. What kind of rose (what element of rose) does she dislike? While I would never point at Chinatown and say rose, it does have an element(that tuberose piece) that does spell rose to some people.

As far as rose...shes using a blanket statement of rose.

Just wanted to give an update on the scent. I gave my mom the perfume today and she loved it. She told me "you sure can pick a good scent" Then said, "we need to go check out this Bond store" ROFL
