Headspace technology is demonstrated--from rainforest to lab. Includes David Apel and Ellen Molner of Givaudan Fine Fragrances.

I guess this was produced in 2005 by The Sun, judging from the copyright date, but it's the first it's appeared on my radar.

Thats really neat. Very space age in a retro sort of way (mid-century modern). I think I saw something on cable a while back about how they used this technology to make one of Michael Jordans' scents.

I just love how they causally mention that they use a blimp to get around.
