When you say airy, I assume you mean it's transparent or not overly heavy? I'm not nitpicking on your use of terms, I'm actually seriously considering getting this frag, but I don't want to throw $20 away unnecessarily. There are plenty of other good frags I can get for $20.

One that I have tried recently and really liked is Etat Libre d'Orange Nombril Immense. It's a light patch frag, nicely sweet but not syrupy. It's not all that expensive either!

Martine Mecallef's Patchouli is a fantastic scent. It is very warm and sexy and has great drydown and exceptional sillage. It smells wonderful. Sharp and tangy to begin with and then becomes so warm and spicy. Every time I've worn it to work I have had people tell me how good I smell. It only comes in EdP strength. Not sure if its available in the US. I think my 30 ml bottle cost around a 100 euros (150 dollars US).

One of my favourite scents--and the bottle is a work of art too.
