My Glow by Jennifer Lopez ♫

I actually loved the original Glow

This one was developed while Jennifer was pregnant with her twins and inspires "the relationship a mother has with her child."

Top notes: Lavender flower, water lily, freesia
Mid notes: White rose, wet leaves, peony, casablanca lily
Base notes: Skin musk, milky sandalwood, precious woods and heliotrope

Creepy bottle though.

Weird bottle - like the kid was dead, gone to heaven and became an angel....

The notes don´t sound too exciting to me, either...

Yes, the bottle...

It is suggestive of Victorian funerary art--so obvious in cemetaries.

The original Glow was not too bad for a celebrity scent.

Glow in the Dark is a decent unisex from the line.

Well, I thought the bottle was quite cute until I scrolled down to the funerary art remark.

I've actually been trying various Glows lately, but haven't found one I really loved on me, not even the original. I quite like Live (or is it Live Luxe?), with its pineapple, though.

Oh dear, yes, the bottle has a Victorian cemetery vibe.

Freesia and peony are "proceed with caution" notes for me. I

My favorite from her line are Miami Glow and Glow after Dark.
Still is safe and versatile scent too.

This new one look interesting (milky sandalwood, precious woods and heliotrope)

I think the bottle cap is supposed to the one of the Raphael "Little Angels".

I'm a Miami Glow fan, and am disappointed that its a limited edition.

Yes, it is. A few years back, people were dressing their kids in angel wings and posing them like Raphael angels on Christmas photo cards. Anybody remember that? You know, I like Victorian funeral art and mementi mori. Not that I want to wear it necessarily (as in bracelets made from dead people's hair and stuff like that), I just like looking at it.
