I have smelled these two side by side and they are almost identical. JS is more ambery, but the dry down and fresh note are the same. they are also by the same perfumer Beatrice Piquet. I wonder if JS Sun Men was discoutinued and Coty decided to save money and just rework it for David.I love them both though. I fell DB is little more modern though
