Vanillin, synthetic, Eden Botanicals - The clearest vanilla of all of my samples. This is like the plain, white, vanilla ice cream. Fewest undertones, probably the easiest to mix.
Ethyl Vanillin: sweet and soft, boozy, candy-like
Ethyl Vanillin, synthetic, Eden Botanicals Similar to vanilla absolute but with fewer undertones, more plain than natural vanilla. This is like French vanilla ice cream. Perhaps it has a tiny bit of a chocolate undertone.
