Penhaligon's launch Amaranthine


Penhaligon's have announced their October launch.* The new feminine eau de parfum, 'Amaranthine', is described by the company as a 'corrupted floral oriental' and is a further collaboration with perfumer Bertrand Duchafour.

While I have yet to find a Duchafour I want to wear often, I quite respect the creativity I've smelled in some of his fragrances, and I like the notes used here. The notes make it sound almost like a floral curry - I wonder how it'll smell? I look forward to trying this one.
