Long story short, I won a dispute on Ebay and received my refund from the seller, which means more $$$ for new scents! But before I go on a shoppin spree, I'd like to know, is the seller later entitled to charge it back from my account? i.e: are the funds sittin on Paypal now completely safe? The transaction is completed and dispute has been closed.

Sounds like a good question for the official Paypal site

I presume you won the dispute through paypal against a purchase that you made on ebay. Once paypal decides a case, it's closed and I don't think you can reopen it. Your funds should be safe there but I don't ever suggest keeping funds in your paypal account. I always take them out and move them to my bank account or spend them.

Forgive my ignorance, but out of pure curiosity coz I do leave some funds in my account, what are the possible mishaps of doing so? thanks

If as a seller you sold something and then if a buyer files a dispute with paypal, paypal can block your funds for ages and you can't do anything about it. It's just a precautionary move, particularly important for sellers.
