It's available from Luckyscent, although the international shipping seems high, to me.

I've tried to find it in Europe too, but no luck...When some relatives of mine went to the US this summer that was the first thing I asked them to buy!

I should have mentioned that I bought my first bottle from a lovely Basenoter, so maybe a post in the "wanted" section can help you get a bottle!
