Reviews not showing up on Frag page

This is still happening - I think you said it was resolved, but maybe its still on the endless "to do" list ? Anyway - its still there (and not highly motivating to write new reviews)

I wrote my first review days ago but it don't appear in the fragance page. It's discouraging. Is it normal?

Hi Glück.

Reviews by members who are not Supporters have to be approved before appearing in the directory. They tend to queue up then are aproved a bunch at a time.

None of the reviews I posted on 4 October are in their respective fragrance listings. I also checked some reviews that were posted by other BNers on that day, and none were in their respective listings, either.

Yes but for example my review of neroli sauvage shows up here

on a list of all my reviews but not here

on the neroli sauvage page.

There are quite a few like that, not sure how many.

It's happening again. The Mystery Of The Vanishing Reviews.
About every 2-3 months some 1/5 of the reviews I have in the review section are still there BUT when I go to the frag's site------------------Gone----

" Add your review "

( I added it months ago the @^*()$# is going on?)

Spooky.

Cut and paste yet again?

Non-supporting members have to wait for their reviews to be approved. This can take several months. I am also a non-supporting member, and the reviews that are appearing on the system now were submitted by me on 05/08/2009. As you can see, you will have to be patient.

I don't know if this is the same issue, but when I look at the main reviews page at the section that lists "Members with the Most Reviews," the number next to a member's name does not match the number of reviews that is given when you click on their name.... I've clicked only the first half-dozen names on the list, but each shows this discrepancy, with a differences ranging from a handful to hundreds.

WAY patient! For the good of the site and fragrance community, the process needs to be expedited. Also, the shorter reviews (less than 100 words) can be quite succinct and ought to be posted instead of deleted
