autumn/winter fragrances

Hello, Can you suggest me some daytime fragrances that are nice in the autumn/winter?
I am still fairly new to the world of fragrances, so any suggestions would be great. I am 25 and a masters student studying business, not in ultra formal situations very often, but still would like to project a sense of professionalism and maturity.
Thanks

I saw your wardrobe is empty so I'll just recommend a few that I think you should try: Hermes Terre d'Hermes, YSL Opium PH, Jaipur Homme, Serge Lutens Chergui, Hermèssence Vétiver Tonka, and a recent fantastic discovery for me Dior Eau Noir.

You can also checkout this recent thred - A Fragrance reminiscent of Autumn/october/halloween.

Hope this helps to get you off on the right track.

A friend on MUA just sent me a fall sample pack, and several of these really worked for me:
* Ormonde Jayne Ta'if - first OJ that I really liked, too
* L'Artisan Vanille - this is dc/d now, so if you like it, find a bottle fast - dark floral vanilla
* Guerlain SDV - boozy vanilla. LOVED IT
* Hermes Ambre Narguile
* PG Brulure de Rose - a fall rose scent; dark, sweet and luscious

Chergui and Fumerie Turque were also in the pack, but I haven't had a chance to try them yet. And personally, I think that Philosykos would be a great fall scent too.

Male or female? But these are pretty much all unisex anyway.

Niche:
L'Artisan Parfumeur Tea for Two
Serge Lutens Serge Noire
Bois 1920 Sushi Imperiale
Bois 1920 Sutra Ylang
Comme des Garcons Kyoto
Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille
Bond No. 9 New Haarlem
L'Artisan Parfumeur Navegar
Le Labo Patchouli 24
CB I Hate Perfume Burning Leaves

Not so niche:
Bvlgari Black
.... Um. OK, I'm a _terrible_ niche snob, especially in the winter. I guess I like non-niche fresh and green better than non-niche wood and gourmand.

I would suggest Lalique por Homme Equus for a discreet, mature and professional fragrance best suited for the fall season. Best part is, it can be had rather inexpensively.

Thanks!

Let me try to make it easier, if possible.

Look up the review section and check these out (both the positive and negative comments)

Chanel: Egoiste
Chanel: Antaeus
Hermes: Rocabar
Cacharel:Cacharel Puor L' Homme
Geid Ness: Geir
Guerlian: Habit Rouge

I mentioned the brand name first, because it's easier to navigate via " Fragrance Brands" on this site.
Wishing you the very best of luck,

Cheers,

Mario
