Best non-niche of each note

Hallo gentlemen,
after collecting fragrances for around a year now, acquiring 16 full bottles and alot of samples I noticed, that, even so worth it, its a rather expensive hobby for a student. Originally I was planning on buying several bottles of niche parfum soon, that striked me as rather unique during my sample sessions, but I was hesitating. I decided to add some more cheaper fragrances to my collection and realized, that there are alot of cheaper substitutes and often equal rivals among the designer/departmentstore offerings. Fragrances like Dolce&Gabbana pour homme, Egoiste, Terre d'Hermes Parfum, Declaration, Dior Homme, Body Kouros etc. are nothing short of pure beauty in my opinion. The only problem I found is, that there seem to be certain notes of fragrances like rose, oudh, (heavy) spices, incense that are underpresented in non niche fragrances, at least as a dominant note in a fragrance.

So my intention for this thread is to collect recommendations for the best, most outstanding non-niche, not discontinued fragrance that has a strong presence of the notes/styles of each of these categories:

For Amber, test out Ed Hardy Man if you haven't already done so.

It's the most niche-like ambery scent I've come across in a designer scent.

Thank you all very much. That was very helpful so far. Some things I was going to test/buy anyway and some more good recommandation.

I would love to get more recommendations on a few notes, that havent gotten many recommandations yet and are kind of hard to find beneath non-niche fragrances:
A distinguished and masculine, at least really unisex:
AMBER fragrance like Ambre Précieux, Blue Amber
INCENSE fragrance like LV Incensi, CdG Incense series, etc.
PATCHOULI fragrance like Patchouly by Profumum or Mazzolari, Borneo 1834
WHITE FLOWERS like Carnal Flowers, C&S Neroli
Oudh - something different than M7?

to give you some examples of what I liked of the niche fragrances I tested.

Looking forward to more on the point advice!
