Anyone tried this one yet ?

Its listed as an Oriental - Fougère

Top Notes : Tangerine - Green Apple and Orange
Heart : Cardamom - Black Tea - Nutmeg and Geranium
Base : Moss - Sandalwood and Cedarwood - Vetiver and Musk

It comes in a sleek looking black bottle .
If someone could post a pick it would help get the thread rolling .

If anyone has tried , please comment .
Its available for under $30 in the US .

All the modern (since the "new" Jaguar) I've tested have been incredibly disappointing. I only own a bottle of the "new" Jaguar because it was 2 bucks extra on top of a bottle I was ordering. I'll give it a try when bottles hit TJMaxx for 10 bucks and someone returns an open box.

Looking forward to trying this one as I love the original. Who would have thought?

Hey Jim. Sorry to say I haven't even heard of this particular Jaguar. I can say that Mark II is exceptional.

Can't say I've tried this one, but I've been enjoying the original Jaguar (green bottle) as of late. Am currently on the lookout for Mark II.

I would have bought a bottle when i started this thread , only the postage they charge on the first bottle is twice as much as actual costs .

I emailed the site about Del Pozo Arabian Nights. The Jaguar sounds interesting though. They seem to keep bitter orange front and center and then build their fragrances off that particular note.

thanks Aromi , it honestly seems that nobody here at BN has ever tried it ...
I realize you live out in the wild west , but perhaps some of our city slickers may run accross it , or even those that are in the trigger pulling stage of blind buying , hence why i listed frags of the same genre .
btw ... i have seen it recently for under $20 for a large bottle !

I have owned the original Jaguar and still have a mini and have Mark II in my wardrobe. Both are good with Mark II being excellent and almost niche-like. They seem to do interesting things with the orange note.

So far, mixed feelings about this one. This is my first full wear. Jaguar Classic Black is a wonderful frag but no sillage to speak of, and longevity is limited, too. On my skin I had to re-apply after some three hours for this to work at all. Too bad because the fragrance itself is wonderful: One of those modern trendy "blacks" with top and middle notes almost identical to Seduction in Black by Antonio Banderas and somewhat of a copy of Black Soul by Ted Lapidus.

In this genre I prefer Black Soul by Lapidus (from the same house as Bogart) due to sillage and longevity. I'll keep using the Jaguar Classic Black, too, but based on this first full wear it is very doubtful I'll buy it again when/if the bottle runs out.
