I dealt with them one time, and that was one time too many for me.
I purchased at full retail price a 8.5 oz flacon of Creed Santal Imperial from them. Typically, the flacon leaked in transit. They confirmed, what I understood to be the case, that Creed flacons frequently leak in transit. I asked to return it and to receive a refund. They said they would be glad to refund me the price of the bottle if I paid for the return shipping. I told them that I believed that if they knew there was a high likelihood that Creed flacons leaked, then they should pay for the return shipping, and they should take it up with Creed instead of shipping the flacons and expecting the buyer to take the risk that the flacon would not leak. They disagreed insisting that if I wanted a refund, I would have to pay for return shipping. I told them that I was not happy with that and that they would lose my custom over the return shipping charge, which they seemed happy to do. I returned the bottle; I paid for return shipping; they refunded me the cost of the flacon; they lost my custom. It's not like there aren't other e-retailers or retailers, who don't value their customers. I haven't had anything to do with them since.
I purchased another 8.5 oz flacon of Santal Imperial, for about $25.00 less than what they charged at Parfums Raffy, soon after, from Neiman Marcus, who actually called the Creed shop in Paris, while I was in the store, and ordered a new bottle to be flown in for me. No charge on the air freight. It came in about 5 days. I picked it up from the store in perfect condition and received a bunch of top end samples to boot. So much for Parfums Raffy.
scentemental
P.S. My experience might not be representative, but it was my experience and it was not a good one.
