Who's your team?

What are your favorite sports teams? Mine go as follows:

Basketball - Lakers. There's no team that I enjoy watching more, in any sport, ever.
Football (American) - Oakland Raiders. I know they're lame, but I was born in Oakland and grew up with the team--Dad was a big fan and friends with many of the players. We'll be back...
Baseball - Oakland A's and SF Giants
Hockey - Montreal Canadiens

Yours?

Los Angeles Lakers - If everyone stays healthy, I think we should continue to dominate and land another title. The two 7-footers in Gasol and Bynum (and Odom off the bench) are excruciatingly difficult offensively and defensively for Lakers' opponents, and I'm curious to see Artest against the likes of Carmello Anthony, Paul Pierce, Lebron James, etc. Only slight weaknesses right now are our starting point guard and bench. Denver Nuggets and Boston Celtics looking pretty tough this year, so it should be a very interesting year.

Also, like to watch The Clippers - Want to see them with Blake Griffin in the lineup.

Well, I adopted two teams when I got together with my DH, the Oregon Ducks and Phoenix Suns. I'm def a bigger NBA fan, though, and I'm really glad the big Shaqtus is out of Phoenix! I'm also loving how their bench looks defensively.
I've been a Blazers fan off and on since the Drexler years (not during the Jailblazers years ), and right now Brandon Roy needs to lose the attitude and McMillan needs to start properly utilizing his players! (Or go coach some place else..)
I also pay some attention to the Bobcats because Boris Diaw is one of my favorite players. He's really underperforming this year, though.

I hate the Spurs. Hate 'em. HATE EM!

The only other sports I watch are golf and boxing, because i'm boring.

I know, Chiefs and Raiders games are good, even if the teams are not.

Please tell me you don't dress up and sit in the black hole.

Good luck in the play-offs, mate. Hope you manage to join the mighty Leeds in celebrating promotion to the Championship.
Cheers very much mate we'll be needing it!, but with the belief we can we'll be just fine and prolly back to the Premier League in say the next 5-10 years! .

Baseball: Cincinnati Reds & Chicago Cubs (close second).
College basketball & football: Louisville Cardinals (shock).
NFL: Any team that has "Nature Boy" Brett Flair (or is that Favre? Oh well, same difference) at quarterback. Sure wouldn't have said that at the beginning of last season, but he shut a lot of people up this year.
NBA: Could care less. More pre-determined outcomes than wrestling these days. Notice how most playoff series go 7 games with 6 or 7 lopsided finishes? Yeah, right. That or these guys are overpaid and lazy which still makes it fake.
Swindon got the first part of the job done last night, played some brilliant football and brought two good saves out of the Charlton keeper. Nice 2-1 win and just need to draw in the second leg!.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for a Swindon v Huddersfield final - and if they can't get rid of Millwall hopefully you can !. Good luck for the second leg.

I'm not disagreeing with the overpaid and lazy part of it, there are plenty of players who are that. But if the outcome was predetermined, neither the Spurs nor the Cavs would be out now. They are out, though, because their opponents played with a lot of heart and beat not only the more favored teams, but the lopsided reffing, too. Go Suns!
