BIG +1 on Creed Erolfa and Bvlgari Aqva.

Bvlgari Aqva

Probably not the best but I enjoy the vibes on these too:

Herrera Aqua by Caroline Herrera
Subtil pour Homme by Ferragamo
Bright Visit by Azzaro

My idea of 'aquatic' may be somewhat different tho...

Bvlgari Aqva, hands down.

I was given a bottle of Bvlgari Aqva Marine as a gift. Would someone tell me if there is a big difference between that and the original Bvlgari Aqva?

My choices would be Boss Pure and the new Eternity Aqua.

My faves are Erolfa, Aqva and Kezo PH

When I hear aquatic I think of the sea and the only fragrance that I tried and has that oceanic spirit is Creed Erolfa

To me Aqva is more "salty" and "fresh" (I think ocean air), Aqva Marine is more "sour" and "briny" (I think seaweed). I prefer the original.

If it qualifies as an acquatic, my pick would be The Different Company's Sel de Vetiver. I forget the exact description, but it's something along the lines of "...salty sea and sunburnt skin." Hands down, my favorite.

They arent the typical aquatics. Laguna is more an exotic/caribbean aquatic due to its sweetness.
Kenzo PH is not the typical "blend-in" aquatic. It reminds me the beach in Israel. Its salty and i get something a little "dirty" in it. Not animalistic dirty but more like natures own scents.

I wouldn't really call these two acquatics. Kenzo PH has that strong sea-weed note. While Laguna is an ambery fougere with a strong marine note.

I tend to like the stronger marine scents like Nautica original and Nautilus Aqua, Black Marlin and Blazer than the ADG "watery" scents.

And then there's another class of watery scent I like, represented by Aramis New West, which smells nothing akin to ADG to me.

Still, on hot days, I occasionally like Jill Sander Pure, Paris Hilton's Just Me, Halston Unbound or one of the aquatic Eternity Summer versions I own.

Polo Blue is worth looking into, though it's more of a blend of melon and watery notes, still a pretty good aquatic.

Aramis New West
Jil Sander Sun Men
Kenzo pour Homme

I actually prefer the above to my Creed Erolfa (!!!!!?)

I have never been a fan of aquatics. I have sampled many, but have discarded most. However; having said that, there is one that I think is exceptional, and another which is a damned good runner up. Roots for Him by Roots is an exceptional combination of notes. The use of watercress is just one unique aspect of this interesting aquatic.

The other which I find to be a very nice wear is Blu Stremo by Carlo Corinto. Both Roots and Blu Stremo also have great longevity!

Me too. I think of Erolfa as nice, but a bit lame.

Is Sun Men an aquatic to you?
I wouldn't have thought so, except that it has similarities to Boss Elements Aqua - which doesn't remind me of an aquatic, but many others think it is.

Ouch!! What he said.

Roudnitska took the whole aquatic thing to another level. This is not only worth a blind-buy, it is also worth a back-up bottle.

New West- The only aquatic for me.

@ Mr Coffee. I agree, there is nothing better than Guy Laroche Horizons, a soft well balanced scent. Strong long lasting, and yes ....it's a rainy day at the shore. I am not sure if I would call it depressing, but it is a very smooth laid back frag, simply yummy.
