anybody could wear both, as long as they like sweet and dont spray more than 2 sprays, especially for the original

I don't particularly associate any age range with the Joop scents however I would say that in my eyes they are location bound. I can see myself using them in tropical climits, beaches etc.. where they would seem as fun, bouncy scents that go with the mood of the ambient temperatures. Other than that I can't see myself using a Joop scent for other uses.

In my opinion, there is no cutoff age for any frag. Besides, although not only in the case of these two Joop fragrances, I know so many people over 30, wearing "under 30"-fragrances.
