I agree with Snafoo
in that BN was originally a men's site. I also tend to think men tend to deconstruct things more than women...like cars, mechanical things, firearms...while most
women who try perfume simply say, "Oh, how pretty," and spray it on without thinking of the category or the notes..or the long analysis. This might be generalising, but that is my experience in seeing women customers, colleagues and family members...
Then again, almost all of us BNers deconstruct scent, so that is really not gender-based.
