Prominent Cinnamon.

Hello All: I am on yet another quest for a fragrance that I need your help in finding. Allow me describe what I am looking for in terms of notes. Predominantly cinnamon with any of the following notes: incense, heliotrope, amber, labdanum, styrax, vanilla, tobacco, spice, demure floral, oud and lastly oakmoss. I have a sweet tooth but not too much so. Amber, resins and woods in the base would be wonderful.

What say you? Does such a fragrance exist?

Hmmmmm.....I don't believe cinnamon is listed as a note in TF's Tobacco Vanille but I detect cinnamon. There's also loads of cinnamon in CSP's Vanille Cannelle, although that is rather sweet. Also, I adore PG's Un Crime Exotique which has cinnamon...here are the list of notes from Luckyscent:

Chinese osmanthus, gingerbread, tea, cinnamon, star anise, mate absolute, vanilla sugar, South Sea Island sandalwood

Annayake Miyako has lots of cinnamon in the opening, but then incense and woods come through leaving cinnamon in the dust ;-)

Diptyque Eau Lente has the following notes:

Opopanax, Indian spices, and cinnamon.

I get a lot of cinnamon in this one.

I get a prominent cinnamon note with Serge Luten's Chergui. LS lists the notes as follows: honey, musk, incense, tobacco leaf, hay sugar, amber, iris, rose and sandalwood.

Also, as mentioned above, Diptyque Eau Lente is a fantastic suggestion, VERY spicy indeed!

Eau Lente - a lot of cinnamon along with nutmeg and cloves.
Comme des Garcons EDP - similar to Eau Lente, slightly sweeter with a touch of incense
Etat Libre d'Orange - cinnamon with cloves, mandarin and an amberry feel, drying to down to spicey floral with vanilla.
SL's Rousse - the most cinnamon of all. Mainly cinnamon with amber and oakmoss (the latter is in the version I own - not sure if this one has been re-formulated) Gets very little love on the boards, including here, but if you love cinnamon you have to try this one.

I would say Dirty English by Juicy Couture has a great pronounced cinnamon - it 's a good scent.

I defenitely join in on the Rousse suggestions! Another vey cinnamon dominated ( along with lots of vanilla) is L de Lolita Lempicka.

I think Amouage Silver would really fit the bill for you. Cinnamon isn't a listed note but I and others pick it up quite strongly. Here's a notes list

plum, bergamot, mandarin, orange blossom, jasmine, rose, orchid, ylang-ylang, heliotrope, amber, musk, patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, frankincense

Amouage Ciel actually has a notes list that more closely matches your list, but I still think Silver is the more cinnamon oriented scent. Anyhow, here is Ciel Man's note list

Top notes: rose, bergamot, lavender, lily of the valley.

Heart notes: peach, jasmine, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange blossom.

Base notes: frankincense, vetiver, patchouli, cedarwood, sandalwood.

Costes, the original one has lots of cinammon and other spices.
I second the Rousse suggestion.
You can also try CdG's Cinnamon.
