Not The Netherlands, but Senteurs d'Ailleurs in Brussels has them and they ship international... They have an online webshop too...

The Tom Ford private blends are very hard to get, but I saw on http://www.parfumania.nl the white patchouli and the black orchid in different sizes and also with a nice discount.
