The blog, The Scented Salamander, reports...

'...Following Infusion d'Iris, Infusion d'Iris pour Homme and Infusion de Fleur d'Oranger, Prada will launch a her-and-his duo called Infusion de Tubéreuse (Tuberose Infusion) and Infusion de Vétiver (Vetiver Infusion)....

...Infusion de Tubéreuse has notes of Indian tuberose, petitgrain bigarade, blood orange and dynamone...

...Infusion de Vetiver includes notes of tarragon, vetiver, Madagascan pepper and purple ginger...

Huh...ok...I guess we'll see. The Infusion d'Oranger didn't do much for me.

I wonder what dynamone and purple ginger are? :P

Seriously. Do marketing types do nothing but sit around taking hallucinogens? Purple ginger must be ginger from Wonderland. EAT ME.

Purple ginger gets that name because of the flower color... it's real. Last I tried growing some ginger, I had red flowers on it... odd batch of ginger cutlings, usually I've seen white in the past.

Looking forward to sampling the tuberose especially............

Thanks Mike.

I'll be trying both, but Im still not a fan of the packaging graphics!

Lovely bottles as always but Im sure the frags themselves with be soapy and dull as always

I'm excited about Infusion de Vetiver. I just hope it won't smell too similar to Mugler Cologne or Paul Smith Story.

Thanks for the info Mike, looking forward to this.

I have been looking for a bad a$$, modern vetiver, Tom Ford's recent iteration is the one I love so far.

Let see what Miuccia signed off on this time

I am looking forward to trying both of these. I just hope I won't be disappointed like I was with Infusion de Fleur d’Oranger.

Can't wait to try both of these, thanks!

Looking forward to trying the vetiver - though tarragon is usually a deal-breaker for me...

Me too.........however I have no clue what 'tarragon' smells like.

The Vetiver sounds particularly interesting to me as well. I'll certainly check that one out.

The vetiver will be worth a sniff out of curiosity but as Mike annotated, I don't like the packaging either.

Same here. Always willing to give Prada a chance, but my expectations are low. The graphics echo the ugly print tradition that Miuccia is so fond of in her clothing collections.

I think it's known as estragon in other parts of the world. Anyhow, it smells green, sweet, and has a hint of anise to it, too. Imagine a less herbal, sweeter basil note, with hints of anise.

Love PRADA and the Infusion Line!!
First packaging remends me Prada Cruise 2010 (womenswear) the second one remends me Prada'shirts (fall winter 2008/2009 menswear)!

So true. Im fortunate nowadays to not have a certain banned member INSISTING I ought to love and appreciate the packaging, and tell me that my design sensibilities are askew.
I do think however, that Infusion de Fleur d'Oranger's packaging was somewhat prettier than these.

Right, and it's that anise-y note that can put me off an otherwise great scent, for example in Azzaro pour Homme.

I've seen in BN lots of people disappointed with Infusion d'Oranger, but I just tried it recently (after 2 different samplings 3 months apart) and finally decided to buy a big bottle.

Not a fan of vetiver or tuberose though... so probably will give these 2 a miss.
