Which fragrance did you / would you wear on your wedding day?

Luca Turin wore L'Air du Désert Marocain when he married Tania Sanchez.

If you're married, which fragrance did you wear on your wedding day?

If you're still single, which fragrance would you select for that incredibly special day?

I would wear Chanel No. 19

I seriously considered Rive Gauche but it didn't feel special enough.

I don't plan on getting married, but if Megan Fox decides to propose to me. I'm thinking something ultra expensive or exclusive, maybe one of the Amouage Attars. Maybe a special scent we shared through the course of our relationship, a simple refined Creed for a beach side wedding, etc...

I really don't know...we'll see.

A Liberal dose of Lapidus pour Homme. 20 years ago.

The poor officiating ministers.

I was thinking something along the lines of Realities for Men, but you're probably right.

It was Salvador Dali Le Roy Soleil Homme, 10 years ago (summer).

It's funny, if you asked me this 4-5 months ago, I'd give you an answer. You ask me now, no idea because I haven't begun sniffing niche scents yet. That's a whole other can of worms. Right now it's as if I have the same take on women. I just need to be patient, the right one will come along. Just don't settle for one particular group of gals, there's plenty of fish in the sea. Don't be afraid to grab the good stuff and go get it if you want it. LOL.

For now, out of the designer stuff I've smelled, I'd say Allure Edition Blanche. If I had a wedding coming up in a couple months, I'd repurchase a bottle of that.

I think Lapidus pour Homme was a great choice, perfaddict. Wonderful juice, that one! Your officiating ministers have probably been wearing that one ever since! I wore the old mainstay, Tabac Original when I got married 6 years ago. Luckily, I can't remember what I wore when I married my first wife 18 years ago.

I wore Coco because I'm a huge Chanel fan. However, had I sampled No. 22 at that time, I would have worn that. My current favourite is Cuir de Russie, but I think that one's a bit too sophisticated for a wedding day!

If I lived in a country that gave EVERYONE equal rights, it would be Tiffany for Men - to match my Tiffany wedding ring.

Nervous sweat, as I recall. . .
I wore L'Artisan Voleur de Roses on my wedding day 5 years ago during my early Basenotes days.

LOL! They seemed to be Ye Old Spice kind of ministers.

Honestly, way back then we applied until we could be announced 100 yards away.

Burberry Brit

I didnt have much of a collection when I was married in 2005. It was 97 degress F that day and the scent worked well.

Wore Balafre by Lancome
Id go with Platinum Egoiste.

The smell makes me confident and happy, plus I havent met a girl that doesnt love it. So when its time to kiss the bride my wife will get a nice whiff.

Don't worry about time to wear the other two. You'll have the honeymoon and the rest of your life to make love to her nose!

It was Tempore by LAURA BIAGIOTTI in august 2001.

We're supposed to be picking a date soon. So, depending on the time of year, I'm thinking about either Lumiere Noire (any season) or Chergui (fall/winter).

C o n g r a t u l a t in s !
It would be between Gucci Pour Homme 2, Burberry for men, or Hermessence Ambre Narguille. I don't have SDV or it's smell-a-like Michael Micallef Note Vanille, but I would also consider those two as well.
Probably my g/f's favorite on me, Amouage Lyric Man. If we got married in spring or summer, perhaps an excellent neroli based scent. I'd love to find something like Fleur du Male but just a bit less synthetic (something seems wrong, symbolically, to wear such a highly synthetic scent to your wedding!).

If I can ever get over my issues with Amouage Reflection Man and have it start to smell the way it did when I first tested it/bought it, I think it would make a great choice.

Basically I'm thinking I'd either like a great, rosey scent or something that smells extremely luminescent and white in color.

Of course if it was in the fall I'd probably go with my current #1, Bois de Turquie, or perhaps L'Anarachiste which was the scent I wore on my first date with her. (and yes, she actually likes it!)

Depends what season if I got married, but right now I'd choose either Polo Green, Guerlain Vetiver, Terre D'Hermes or Le Male for my wedding day fragrance.
Baldessarini Concentrate
I'd wear whatever she wanted as long as she wore Guerlain's Apres l'Ondee.
I wore Vetiver by Floris, my wife - Passage d`Enfer by L`Artisan Parfumeur

If I should repeat it again, I`ll wear Eau Noire (Dior) as she loves it on me.
I suppose she would choose from her favourites - Puredistance I, Le Temps d`un Fete by Nicolai (we could wear it both too!) or Chanel (#5 Eau Premiere or Beige).
Well where should I start ? *LOL* Not too often I admit to this one....

1st wedding day - Chanel No 5
2nd wedding day - Mitsouko
3rd wedding day - 24 Faubourg

No more wedding days for moi !
I'm getting married in a couple of months and i'll be wearing Trumper's Portgual. My partner is semi-decided on either Si Lolita or Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria Cherry Blossom (which she has a decant of, but doesn't know i've got her a bottle as part of her wedding gift).

And congrats, WindyCity! I hope the plans for your big day go smoothly.

Both on the wedding day and on any special occasion, my absolute favorite: Armani Eau pour Homme

I'm never getting married,
but if I was, I would wear;

Dior Homme Intense
or Jaïpur pour Homme.
I wore Dunhill EDITION, my sig scent back then (I still love it). My wife wore Czech & Speake's Neroli, by the way.

I would be wearing my fastest scent and getting out of there as fast as I could!
It was in the summer of 1995 and I wore Scott McClintock.
I would probobly use the highest quality Oud oil I have + possibly smoke myself up with the highest quality Oud chips as tradition would dictate hehehe Perhaps I may use the highest quality Mukhallath instead? Hmmm ... I can't say for sure though ...

One thing would be certain though, I would never even dream of using any sprays on such a day.

+1. Also mainly because it was the first present my wife ever bought me. Oh, and we got married in the blazing sun on a beach on a tropical island, so something citrusy fresh was appropriate.

1997. Coast soap. Pre-dates my frag obsession.

+1 Lyric. I still cherish my life right now. But if today were my wedding day, I would wear this beautiful and bright rose

I wore Anais Anais and the groom wore Kouros (1996)
