I'm curious about something.
I've been dancing for months with my current dance partner, wearing the most lovely scents of course
, and only yesterday she gave me a compliment.
The scent I was wearing, was a sample of L'Occitane Labdanum de Sévilla EdP from the Voyage en Méditerranee series. I wasn't at all impressed with the scent, because it reminded me of so many mainstream scents that are in all top 10 best selling lists:
Chanel Allure Homme
Gucci by Gucci PH
Guerlain Homme
Do you know what I mean? All these scents have a slightly unnatural, probably synthetic woody-amber base that smells nice in itself, but you smell it *everywhere*. Obviously, people - male and female - dig it.
Can anyone relate to what part I'm trying to point out in these scents?
