What a beauty you are, anonymous BNer. I'd kill for your complexion.

Thank you, Quarry, and also thank you, mystery woman! Yes, SSS is a unique company and nice to see someone outside the U.S. enjoying the line!

Nice review! I wonder who our mystery Basenoter is.

I have ten samples from SSS on the way. I can't wait to try Vintage Rose; it sounds right up my alley.

I'm working my way through my ten samples from this line, last night I tried the Ambre creation, and loooved it... ooh, what a beauty. I want to wear one more time before reviewing officially, however. "m very stingy with my perfume house love, and only four houses get it at the moment: Guerlain, Caron, Juliette has a Gun and Sonoma Scent.

Lovely reviews... I have four SSS samples on the way, but neither of the ones she mentions. Vintage Rose sounds like a must try though as it sounds a bit like Egoiste.

It's TheLipPrint! : - ) Great video...

my goodness, the Fireside Intense I just couldn't like. I'm very happy to report to you that someone bought it from me. The Tabac Aurua is something I spray on about once a month and it seems to satisfy my need for tobacco for a whole month! Do you have some like that where you just need to wear it once a month?

In terms of SSS, I had that with Velvet Rose. It wasn't just rose, it was !!!ROSE!!! and left me almost winded by the time I washed it off. It's a great scent, it just really repays a demure application.

Vintage Rose is definitely a must try. It's nothing like Egoiste, and her review pretty much echoes my own sentiments about the scent posted last Jan in the BN reviews - esp. that part about 'red wine'. But than you for the delightful review, whoever this anonymous BNer is.

Btw BayKAT, I'm probably stingier with my perfume house love - with only 2 so far: Sonoma Scent Studio and Histoires de Parfum.

Awww, that's great! She has such great eyes! And now I am tempted to try Vintage Rose. Totally off topic, but my mom made a red apple jelly this fall using apples from their orchard and for some reason it came out with lots of spicy, fruity rose and lemony notes. They do have rose bushes planted near some of the trees, so I am wondering if there was some cross pollenation or something. I just kept think of that jelly while she was talking about Vintage Rose. lol

Great video!

I consider myself one of the biggest SSS fans -

my favs are:

Femme Jolie
Jour Ensoleille
Lieu de Reves
Opal
Tabac Aurea
Winter Woods
Wood Violet

The only hole in her collection is probably that she needs more in the way of animalic/chypres ala Ava Luxe's Madame X, Chypre Noir, Moss, etc. Other than that area, she is unmatched. IMO.

Love this! What a great job she did on the reviews.

I am ordering samples as I type:
Vintage Rose edp
Velvet Rose oil
Wood Violet
Jour Ensoleille
Tabac Aurea
Femme Jolie oil
Voile de Violette
Winter Woods
