Bulgari seems the safest bet here.

Avoid Explorer.

I'd go for Body kouros

I'd go with Prada Amber Pour Homme. For an everyday work fragrance you can't go too wrong with it. It's soapy, clean and has superb longevity which will last you from the morning until you go to bed.

From your list, the only ones I think worth owning and would consider using as an everyday work scent are:

Prada For Man
Guerlain Heritage
Guerlain Habit Rouge
Bvlgari Aqua Pour Homme

Guerlain Heritage
Heritage or Habit Rouge.
The Prada. It is good and well behaved for the office.

Without a doubt, I would recommend Habit Rouge by Guerlain (any concentration: EDT, EDC, EDP)!
My humble suggestion would be to chosse one of the two Guerlains mentioned due to the fact the rest are on line with what are typical contemporary fragrance styles. This means that you might end up risking smelling like everybody else. For example, Bulgari Aqua is the best of many calone smell-alikes, while Body Kouros is along many sweet, gourmand-based fragrances. Very Irresistible is also chocolate-based, sharing notes in common in this sense with Lancôme's Hypnôse. Diesel Fuel for Life revolves around raspberry, thus being a fruity gourmand.

I cannot say anything regarding Prada's Amber for Men for I havn't tried it, but I have the feeling it is not of the many "run of the mills".

Too bad you couldn't get DKNY's Fuel for Men. Now that is one great frag! I'm not a big fan of any of those you listed.

We will have spring soon so I would avoid Body Kouros and Hypnose as too sweet and powerfull (BK) for daily/office scent. Also I hated Very Irresistible at first sniff.

Bvlgari Aqva is safe buy if you like fresh spicy aquatics.

Actually I think that from your list I would try Jil Sander because JS scents are not too popular but good, so you will be unique . Also notes looks interesting.
I'd recommend Body Kouros and Bulgari Aqua. You may wear BK while waiting the hotter days then you use your Bulgari.
Body Kouros, Fuel for Life, Bvlgari Aqva are the safest.
Yves Saint Laurent Body Kouros
Prada Ambre Pour Homme
Guerlain Heritage
Guerlain Habit Rouge

IMHO, avoid Givenchy Very Irresistible

I will not buy Habit Rouge blind....
From your list the one I suggest is Bvlgari Aqua , Very Irresistible is a decent gourmand, chocolatish.
From that list, I'd go for Jil Sander Man, or Bvlgari Aqua....
+1 for Jil Sander Man. If you like other Jil Sander-frags this is the safest buy, in my opinion. It has the Jil Sander-DNA. Have it, love it.

If you like soapy-clean scents, Prada could work for you too.

Body Kourus.
Fuel for life and aqva are also great choices, but very summer wear IMO.

body kouros!!! and avoid very irresistable at all costs
post #25 of 26
I'd go with the Guerlains. I think these are two of the classiest mens fragrances. I love Habit Rouge, but I think Heritage is even better.

Congrats on new buy yrk. I hope you will make short review about JS when you get it.
